OBJECTIVE:
To increase the market’s knowledge on Sauza tequila and Jim Beams other brands (Dekuyper) in the tequila cocktail market. Ultimately drive awareness to the product, bar tenders and staff, increase sales, and increase presence and availability within key markets.
SOLUTION:
In-Market  Sauza Gold and Silver Tequila team. On premise Bar and bartenders education program to introduce new cocktails featuring Sauza, enhance menu and back bar placement and visibility, and suggest new usage occasions. The off-premise sampling and tasting events led by the Sauza team helps drive awareness, trail and data capture.
RESULTS:
More consumers are aware of the Sauza brand.
Helped create awareness about a less expensive tequila but same great taste to choose when purchasing a beverage.
Several tastings throughout the year has helped increase sales and product
3 markets activated; 70 events 
per market.
Over 150 account staff trained.
Sales velocity gains of over 28% per account worked (measured 30 days post event).
Menu and POS placement gained in 120 new accounts.
